Q: What is your return policy?

A: We offer a 7-day return policy on undamaged items with the original tags attached. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, please contact us to initiate a return. For non-damaged items, a charge of £2.99 will be deducted from your refund amount.

Q: How do I return an item?

A: To return an item, please email us at zenoflexuk@gmail.com with your order number and reason for return, with photo evidence attatched. We will provide you with return instructions and a return address.

Q: Can I exchange an item?

A: Unfortunately, at this moment in time, we are unable to accept exchanges.
